BSC Activity Tool
Use the BSC Activity Tool (BAT) to enter your name, activity date, and the type of activity or activities you participated in. Entries can be made for each individual activity and the date that you participated in it, or you can enter your cumulative total for a period of time, such as weekly or monthly totals. You can also enter different types of activities such as cycling and swimming on the same BAT form entry. The BAT will be used to add up total monthly statistics for cycling miles, foot travel miles (walking, hiking, or jogging), swimming miles (pool or ocean), and hours spent in other activities such as aerobic exercise, weight training, yoga, spinning, etc.

For all Activities other than Cycling, Foot Travel or Swimming. Example: Yoga, workouts spinning etc. Enter number of hours 0.0 - 999.9 (Leave blank if you did not participate in this activity.)
