This assessment is for CTOs and tech leads of early-stage startups building products on top of generative AI.
It covers the foundations of shipping and operating gen-AI systems. It's not exhaustive but meant as a fast checklist.
Some of the questions won't apply if you are:
- building with audio, video or image models
- doing infrastructure work
- training your own models
- using open weights models
