Program Policy. *
Programs are held rain or shine. Please dress for the weather as needed. If any students have allergies that will prevent them from participating in a program activity, please let us know in advance, and be sure the adults attending that day are aware. In some cases, accommodations may be made if we know in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure that students with allergies or other concerns do not extend past what is safe for them. For field trips to our sites, we recommend closed-toed shoes with a good grip (not slippery) that are ok to get dirty or muddy, and dressing in layers as the park may be cooler than other areas of Silicon Valley. Be sure to read and obey all park traffic signs and YSI parking directions. If you are scheduling for multiple classes / groups, it is your responsibility to ensure that all teachers / group leaders are aware of programs scheduled and any requirements. Our staff will contact you to set program date(s), times, and payment. Once a program is confirmed, change or cancellation fees apply.
