Shipping Cost
Shipping is 40 USD worldwide via DHL/FedEx, except to remote addresses. (Please remark shipping ways if you have requirments . Otherwise we would ship random)

If you order more than one tennis necklace to the same address, shipping will still be 40 USD.
What is the process? How long will it take?
Once you apply your form(s), a payment link will be sent to your preferred payment method within 3 business days.
After payment is cleared, it should take around 25-30 business days to prepare your order and ship it.
Order should arrive within 5-14 business days after shipment, if there are delays beyond that, please contact your local courier.
How do I request combined shipping?
Please let us know in the "special requests" sections.
Payment method fees
  • PayPal - 4-5% fee.
  • Alibaba - 2-3% fee for use of credit card, if PayPal is used to complete payment, fee is determined by the website.
What if I accidentally filled wrong information? 
If you made a mistake while filling the form, please fix it before you get an invoice (a copy of the form will be sent to your email and you may edit it, if needed); after you receive the invoice, please reach Demi in order to update your information.
