Note that we provide these services in-studio OR at private residences or businesses within Springfield city limits ONLY. Please review the information below in reference to your request and complete this form. Essential Yoga Studio's manager, Sunni, will be in contact with you within 2 business days to discuss your responses and coordinate your first session or event.
For Individuals & Couples: Essential Yoga Studio welcomes the opportunity to support your practice one-on-one! A student may choose private yoga instruction at Essential Yoga Studio for many reasons including, but not limited to, availability that is out of sync with our group class schedule; building mobility, flexibility, or strength post-injury or a medical procedure; access to individualized support not provided in a group setting; seeking an increased focus on breathwork, meditation, or specific yoga styles or shapes; or beginner students looking to gain confidence prior to attending group classes. All of these reasons are valid, accepted, and welcomed at Essential!
Private sessions are generally held weekly but other scheduling increments may be explored.
Individual yoga instruction begins at a rate of $75 per hour for in-studio sessions for individuals or $100 for couples. Additionally, we offer “punch cards” for private instruction! At a rate of five in-studio sessions for $325, this is a discount of $10 off each session. Private Instruction Punch Cards are good for one year from time of purchase.
For Small Groups (3-9 students) and Private Parties (10+ students): Essential Yoga Studio is happy to provide private group yoga instruction for events such as bachelorette parties, birthday parties, sorority/fraternity wellness events, employee appreciation and wellness events, and girls’ nights! Private parties begin at $100 per hour for up to 9 participants in-studio ($125 per hour for non-studio parties) or $150 for greater than 10 participants in-studio ($175 for non-studio parties).
