All of our services are available to anyone teaching at Catholic University, including full-time and part-time faculty, graduate students, and staff. The CTE team has extensive expertise in effective teaching practices, pedagogies, and the integration of educational technologies to promote inclusive, accessible, engaging learning environments for our students in any modality (face-to-face, hybrid, or completely online).

Below is a list of the services we offer. However, if you need help troubleshooting a technical issue (e.g., account access or issues, error messages), please contact the Instructional Technology Office:
Consultation - meet with a team member to discuss a specific instructional need
Coaching - receive regular support for your teaching and professional development
Course Development - support for creating or revising a course, including materials/content
Course Construction - guidance with setting up your course components in Cardinal Learn (Blackboard)
Syllabus Review - receive feedback on your syllabus
Course Review - receive feedback on your course
Observation - receive feedback on your teaching practices
Briefly describe what you would like to discuss with a CTE team member (e.g., assessment, Cardinal Learn, engagement, discussion, feedback, technology tools, best practices for using Zoom, etc.).
