Ontario Urban Flooding Collaborative Annual Gathering

Purpose: This event will bring together stakeholders working to increase urban flood resilience in Ontario to launch the Ontario Urban Flooding Collaborative action strategy.

Who should attend? Current collaborative participants, as well as other interested stakeholders, including (but not limited to) staff and elected representatives from all levels of government, conservation authorities, nonprofits, industry associations, academics, private sector, funders, and any other interested parties.

Why attend?
• Learn how a collective impact approach is leading to coordinated action to address urban flooding.
• Hear about innovative projects planned and underway.
• Network and connect with others working to advance urban flood resilience in Ontario.
• Provide your input on the strategy and its projects.

This gathering will feature:
• Overview of the proposed strategy and feedback from consultations across the province.
• Presentations on innovative projects to address urban flooding.
• Facilitated discussions to map out next steps and connect stakeholders.
