********Please have at least 2 dozen arrows CLEARLY marked with your name. An arrow will NOT be scored if the owner can not be determined.***********
Base Competitor Entry Fees will be $250 per person. Competitors will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the facility.

Your entry fee will include:

* Practice Friday, Entry in the Archery Obstacle Challenge, Competition Saturday and Sunday.
* Awards and Prizes
* Competitor T-Shirt
* Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
* Primitive Camping

9:00 AM-11:00 AM Practice -Only with Range Martial Present
12:30 PM-2:30 PM Practice -Only with Range Martial Present
3PM-? Archery Obstacle Challenge (Optional. Will NOT be included in competition standings)

*Saturday, August 8th:
7:00-8:00 AM Competitor Check in and Breakfast (Barn Lobby)
-Bacon, Country Ham, or Sausage Biscuits
8:45 AM Morning Briefing/Safety Meeting (Start Gate)
- Group A will need to be saddled and ready
9:00 AM K233 Begins
LUNCH 11:30-1 (between runs) there will be no official break
-Assorted Sandwiches and Potato Chips
1:00 PM HUN90 Begins
Competitors will be on their own for dinner. We can go as a group to a local restaurant.

*Sunday, August 9th:
7:00-8:00 AM Competitor Check in and Breakfast (Barn Lobby) Continental.
8:45 AM Morning Briefing/Safety Meeting (Start Gate)
- Group A will need to be saddled and ready
9:00 AM Polish Course walk through Begins with Group A starting immediately after.
LUNCH 11:30-1 (between runs) there will be no break

TNVA is not responsible for Third Party Horse Rental/Sharing. If you are willing to share your horse or bring an additional horse, please mark below and we will have those needing one contact you. It is the responsibility of EACH competitor to arrange and ensure that they have a horse to ride if not bringing their own. IF we have a suitable horse available at TNVA, there will be a $50/day horse rental fee added. *

Stall or Outdoor Pen $10/Night. Based on availability. Stalls will come bedded. Additional shaving will be available for purchase. Square bales of local mixed grass hay will also be available for purchase. please check all that apply.

Overnight Accommodations. Primitive Camping is included. Tents will not be provided. Electric Hookups $25/night (Limited). Apartment $30/person/night. Must be willing to share the open room bunkhouse. 1 Queen, 1 futon, 1 Full, 1 Twin sized beds. Full Kitchen, Full bath. First come, first served.

I understand that I will have to pay a $100 Deposit to reserve my spot. My remaining $150 balance will be due by July 15th. Additional fees and charges may be paid and are due upon arrival. Failure to pay your balance by April 15th may result in forfeiting your spot. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
