Depuis 2020, arkadi mène des recherches sur les thèmes des funérailles, du deuil et des soins post-mortem. L'aventure La chambre de Chiron, porte son attention sur l’espace de diffusion domestique — à la fois de l’œuvre et du corps — comme le lieu d’une expérience intime et mythique.
Tous les dimanches entre la mi-janvier et la mi-mars 2025, vous êtes invité·e à visiter « le corps » dans la chambre en réservant une plage horaire d’une heure via ce formulaire. L'adresse exacte vous sera communiquée après inscription.

Accessibilité (mobilité) : Le domicile se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de la station de métro Préfontaine (ligne verte). Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Il y a environ 20 marches pour se rendre à l'appartement situé au 2e étage.
Bio de l'artiste : Praticien‧ne en art action, poète et péda/andragogue, arkadi a grandi sur un rang dans une famille francophone de classe moyenne dans les années 1990. sa pratique se déploie depuis plus de dix ans dans la métropole québécoise sous forme d’expositions, de performances, d’action et de zines. Actif‧ve dans sa communauté, iel est membre de l’atelier Gham&Dafe et de L’imprimerie-centre d'artistes. Finaliste du prix Pierre-Ayot (AGAC, 2020) et du prix Sobey (2023), arkadi a la chance d’être appuyé-e par ses pairs en tant que récipiendaire de plusieurs bourses du CAC et du CALQ.

Since 2020, arkadi has been researching the themes of funerals, mourning and post-mortem care. The adventure La chambre de Chiron (Chiron's room) focuses on the space of domestic diffusion - of both the work and the body - as the site of an intimate, mythical experience.
Every Sunday between mid-January and mid-March 2025, you are invited to visit “the body” in the room by reserving a one-hour slot via this form. The exact address will be communicated to you after registration.

Artist bio: Artist Bio: Performer, poet and peda/andragogue, arkadi grew up on a row in a middle-class francophone family in the 1990s. his practice has been unfolding in the Quebec metropolis for over ten years in the form of exhibitions, performances, action and zines. Active‧ve in his community, iel is a member of the Gham&Dafe workshop and L'imprimerie-centre d'artistes. A finalist for the Prix Pierre-Ayot (AGAC, 2020) and the Prix Sobey (2023), arkadi is fortunate to be supported by his peers as the recipient of several CAC and CALQ grants.
