RESERVATIONS EXHIBITIONS FOR GROUPS AND GUIDED TOURS**

Different formulas with or without guide:

🔹🙋‍♂️ GUIDED TOURS: PACKAGE PRICE = GUIDE + TICKETS incl., per max. 10/15 pers.
Choice of two packages at a fixed rate depending on the number of participants:
(< 6 participants = adjusted rate)
  • Price per expo,  Arp/Taeuber / Love is Louder / When We See Us / B. De Bruyckere: 
    - Pack 10 = €203 (guide + max. 10 pers. included)
    - Pack 15 = €263 (guide + max. 15 pers. included)
    - Weekend rate = €231 (Pack 10) / €291 (Pack 15)

🔹🙋‍♂️ GUIDE PRICE = GUIDE + OWN TICKET PURCHASE (to be specified under ‘remarks’) -> info tickets at the bottom of this page
€95 week / €123 weekend 
+ the tickets (max. 15 per guide) at individual rates (e.g. Museum Pass) can be purchased online in advance.

👪 Customised offer: FAMILY* = mixed group with children (6-12y OR 12-18y and adults) -> Guide & tickets separately.
Please indicate the number of people present, by age, under comments.

👥 Maximum 15 pers. per guide -> during the weekdays 3 visits per half an hour, in the weekends 2 visits per 30 min.

⏲️ DURATION = 1:30

🔹🎫  GROUP WITHOUT GUIDE = with tickets at group rate 
  • Flat rate per max. 10 / 15 pers. = €108 / €168 
  • Other rates for the expo Rotor: Flat rate per max. 10 / 15 pers. = €36 / €56
