Fix My Mail: The Survey
Senator Heitkamp continues to hear too many concerns from North Dakotans about the problems they face getting their mail on time, and they need to be fixed. Rural America has always relied on the U.S. Postal Service to deliver mail, prescription drugs, and other essential packages, but delayed mail delivery and poor service have impacted North Dakotans.

With your help, Senator Heitkamp is working to gather feedback from North Dakotans and force the U.S. Postal Service to resolve these problems. This survey builds on Senator Heitkamp’s Fix My Mail Initiative which she started in January 2014 by gathering more than 200 stories from North Dakotans about problems they encounter every day with delayed mail delivery and poor service from the U.S. Postal Service. She sent those stories to the U.S. Postal Service so it could see firsthand that action must be taken. As a result of those stories, the U.S. Postal Service made some needed changes in North Dakota, but our work is not done.

Your feedback and stories make a difference. Please join in this effort to Fix My Mail by filling out the below short survey about your experience with mail delivery and service from the U.S. Postal Service, and share this survey with your friends, family, and neighbors in your community. Any personal information you provide will remain secure and will never be shared with the U.S. Postal Service or any federal agency.
