With your help, Senator Heitkamp is working to gather feedback from North Dakotans and force the U.S. Postal Service to resolve these problems. This survey builds on Senator Heitkamp’s Fix My Mail Initiative which she started in January 2014 by gathering more than 200 stories from North Dakotans about problems they encounter every day with delayed mail delivery and poor service from the U.S. Postal Service. She sent those stories to the U.S. Postal Service so it could see firsthand that action must be taken. As a result of those stories, the U.S. Postal Service made some needed changes in North Dakota, but our work is not done.
