Kazokukon 2023 Entertainer Application
Thank you for your interest in entertaining at Kazokukon! Panels and events are the heart of a convention. All approved panelists will receive a free weekend badge for year one (Kazokukon 2023). If you are a panelist group who would like to be considered as a featured guest panelist, please email us at Kazokukon@gmail.com in addition to submitting your panel application form. Do not order your badge until we send out panel approvals. In the event you are declined, a special discount will be provided to give you the EARLY BIRD $30 pre-reg purchase price! Up to 3 badges will be provided depending on your group size. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

NOTE: This is not the place to inquire about providing professional panel services. If you wish to be a guest or provide special services such as maid cafes, arcades, or access to a stable of guests, please contact Kazokukon@gmail.com.

3. Panelists will have an early check-in option available Thursday.
4. Please check in as early as you can to let us know you are present.
5. If you are not going to be at the con, please let us know ASAP so we can try to fill that empty program slot.
6. Panelists which do not show up and do not notify are not eligible to submit events for the year after.

Please give us the names and emails of your group members. A reasonable number of badges will be provided based on programming submitted. If you are a group submitting multiple events please have the same person submit all of them using the same personal info/email.
Panel rating. Note racial and sexual slurs are NOT permitted at ANY rating level. Also, panels most likely to be open to a broader audience are more likely to be accepted. If you have any questions about your panel's content, PLEASE reach out to us! We want you to be confident in your panel submission! *
A limited number of panelists will be offered "standby" status. That is you prepare the panel and if a panelist "no-shows" we contact you to take their place. All standby panelists who prepare a panel WILL be granted badge credits as if they presented even if there are no-shows as a thank you for helping us make an awesome event. Kazokukon's programming is juried. All panels submitted before closing date will be considered. Everyone will receive a message confirming their panel was approved or declined, or (if selected) put on standby. *
I understand that by submitting my panel I am representing that I intend to prepare and present the panel at Kazokukon 2023. No-shows hurt conventions. If you cannot prepare or attend the convention, please let us know no less than 1 month before the con. We understand emergences happen, but a no call, no show may impact your ability to be considered as a panelist for Future Kazokukon events. *
