LLL Beef Pre-Order Form
Our beef comes from cattle that are pasture-raised on native grasses in the Frenchtown area all summer, fed a diet of grass and alfalfa hay in winter, and we supplement their diet with locally-raised, non-GMO barley for the last few weeks before we butcher, just to improve flavor and take away the "gamey" or "earthy" flavor, without substantially affecting the Omega-3 fatty acid content of the meat. We do not use routine antibiotics or growth hormones, instead choosing to put the extra time and effort into management practices that keep cattle naturally healthy and thriving.
Unlike most burger in the stores, we don't just use the tougher cuts and scraps to make burger, but instead use the whole animal, including all the cuts of meat. As Carly's dad said the first time he tried one of our burgers, "I just ate a ground steak!"
The meat is locally processed and comes frozen in flat, easy-to-stack 1-lb vacuum-sealed packages. We are licensed by Missoula County Health Department for resale.

Jerky! New this summer, we have whole-muscle beef jerky made by Superior Meats out of the our beef. Original and Peppered Pickle flavors are in stock right now. Packages are 3 ounces, and $8 each. Indicate how many packages of each you'd like with your order.
STEAKS?!? Due to super high demand and not super high inventory of steaks or roasts, we won't be taking orders for these. But stop by our booth at the Farmer's Market and ask what we may have with us that week ;)

PRE-MADE PATTIES (1/3 lb patties made with 85/15 beef, 12 per package, $24). We're sold out of these right now, but taking orders for pickup June 30 or July 1 so you can do easy 4th of July grilling! Please indicate the number of packages you would like.

Pickup Options-- this is what we have for now. Frenchtown Farmer's Market is held next to Old Bull Brewing (16862 Beckwith St, Frenchtown, MT 59834). Alberton Farmer's Market is held next to Alberton Library (701 Railroad Ave, Alberton, MT 59820) **Please make sure you're committed to picking up when you say you're going to!** We have very limited freezer space, so when we make the trip down to Superior Meats to pick up your beef, we really need you to be there to get it.
