  1. Check the SWPL catalog to see if we already have the book (username: pownalvt, no password needed). ...Seriously, this is the most important one! If it's an older book, you can ask us about finding it for you through interlibrary loan. 
  2. Make sure the book's title and author are spelled correctly. We can't order your book if we can't find it. .
