The briefing will feature leaders from California who can speak to the importance of fully funding the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Hear from parents, school administrators, and Members of Congress as they share background on IDEA, the on-the-ground impact of the program, and the ways Congress can address the shortfalls of inadequate funding: supporting the IDEA Full Funding Act.
