The Invitation to Change is a holistic, evidence-based model developed by CMC: Foundation for Change to help families and loved ones affected by substance use. Drawing from Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training (CRAFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ITC helps family members and loved ones attending the support groups build communication skills, strengthen relationships, and promote self-care.
