Chesterfield Township School District        Potential Preschool Expansion Aid
Chesterfield Township School District is excited to announce that our school district is applying for New Jersey Department of Education Preschool Expansion Aid, which will enable us to provide tuition-free, full-day preschool education to all three- and four-year-old children in the Chesterfield community.

The anticipated start date for Phase One of the full-day preschool program is January 2025 (based on the Department of Education approval). Notification for approval of funding is expected to be announced in October 2024. If approved, the district will facilitate a voluntary lottery for the remaining 24-25 enrollment spots starting in October 2024. 

Please Note: There will be no lottery or re-enrollment requirements for students already registered for the 2024-25 Little Dragons half-day preschool program. 

If you have a child who will be 3- or 4-years-old by October 1st and are not currently registered for the Little Dragons Preschool program, please complete the Preschool Interest Form below.
