A student applying to be an Arts Bridge scholar for the school year 2024-2025 has selected you to comment on his/her work. Arts Bridge scholars receive practicum credit and/or a stipend for creating a 50-hour side-by-side teaching project in a K-6 classroom from the Alpine, Jordan, Nebo, Provo or Wasatch district. Faculty recommendations will greatly aid us in determining skill level, leadership ability, responsibility, and the potential of each art scholar candidate.

Arts Bridge scholar candidates have been asked to submit your recommendation with their application. Please complete this form by May 1, 2024. If you prefer to submit a hard copy we suggest you give your recommendation to the candidate in a sealed envelope with your signature placed over the seal in order to retain confidentiality.
