The annual student registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now available.  Families must fill out this form once a year for each student.  

The parent and student must fill out this form together.  Typing in student and parent name under "student signature" and "parent signature" will serve as legal electronic signatures.

Please read each attachment and complete all required fields, then click submit.  Your responses will be sent electronically to the LSSA School Office.  

During registration days, once registration forms has been received, student schedules will be emailed to the email address entered below.  You may pay the $25.00 registration fee online through Infinite Campus, or mail in payment to LUHS 9569 State Hwy 70W, Minocqua, WI  54548
