2027 SCSC Sports Academy Nomination Form
Applications are OPEN for the 2027 Surf Coast Secondary Sports Academy Programs, which include:

- Team Sport Academy Programs (AFL, Netball, Soccer, Basketball)
- Action Sport Academy Programs (Surf, Skate, Sport climbing)
- Aquatic & Multi-Sport Programs (Surf Lifesaving & Triathlon)
- Athlete Development & Recovery Program

This form is Part 1 of the Application Process for 2027 SCSC Sports Academy Program and needs to be completed by BOTH new and returning participants before FRIDAY 19th September, 2026. 

Part 2 is a letter of recommendation from a coach supporting the athletes application. This needs to be emailed to scscsportsacademy@gmail.com by Friday 19th September when applications close.
