Submission Process: The submission deadline is 11:59pm ET on Sept. 30th, 2024. Chapter members are highly encouraged to present at this conference and will be given preference over non-members.
Notification of Acceptance: Submitters will receive a response from the committee by Oct. 15th, 2024.
Format: Keynote speakers will have 30 minutes talks with 10 minutes for Q&A. All other speakers will have 15 minute talks and no time for Q&A. We will provide coaching assistance if you need help condensing your presentation.
Recordings: All sessions will need to be recorded ahead of time as a backup and live presentations will be recorded and be made available for public viewing.
