Disclaimer: Due to the crisis simulation in the afternoon for this committee, if your assigned delegates are new to crisis simulations at our conference, they will need to attend a virtual training session the week before the conference or during the Opening Ceremony in order to be eligible to be recognized as a Consummate Diplomat.

Level of Difficulty: This is a challenging committee where delegates will represent historical figures rather than countries as the Russian government deals with the chaos of the dissolution of the Soviet Union.

There is limited research available on many of the figures in this committee, so delegates will need to be comfortable dealing with the ambiguity as they work to represent their assigned figure.

This committee will be in a crisis simulation for both sessions.
