PETITION: DIVEST UW SYSTEM INSTITUTIONS FROM FOSSIL FUELS
Dear UW Board of Regents and Foundations associated with the UW System,

Climate change is an ๐ž๐ฑ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ to society and demands immediate and transformative actions by individuals, governments, and institutions such as the UW System.

By signing this petition, you are supporting:

1. ย Transparency and disclosure of all UW investments

ย 2. An immediate freeze on any new investment in fossil fuel companies

3. Divestment from current holdings in the top oil, gas, and coal companies that hold the vast majority of oil, gas, and coal reserves within 3-5 years.
