Master Class Application Form
We are looking for artists to lead workshops on next year’s 2019-2020 Criw Celf project!
Criw Celf is an Arts Council of Wales funded project, bringing together more able and talented students in the visual arts, with ages ranging from 9-18. This is part of a national initiative to nurture young artistic talent in Wales. Criw Celf seeks to develop pupil’s creative practice and knowledge of the Visual and Applied arts through a series of master classes.
These master classes are lead by professional artists and designers, who offer a wider investigation into visual arts practice- in addition to an insight of future possibilities regarding creative and academic courses. The outcomes are then showcased in exhibitions, films and publications that celebrate the portfolio of work created throughout the course.
Master class leaders will need to bring expertise and exciting ideas to challenge and grow students artistic abilities, whilst providing an exhibition worthy outcome.
All master classes take place on a Saturday.
There is an artist fee £250 and £100 for materials (per master class)
Deadline for applications is 9th August 2019.
Successful applicants will be notified Mid-August 2019.
Master classes start in October 2019.
