Advice using Voice Assistants
At Citizens Advice we are exploring whether we could use voice technology to deliver our online advice in the future. For example using Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri.

We think doing this could provide a more accessible experience. But there could also be some downsides. As a starting point we are looking to to collect views and experiences of voice technology.

We are particularly interested in the input of people who have lived experience or expertise about disability or long-term health conditions.
