SERVICE RE-DO AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY:I strive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your Cut or Color service let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost and must be adjusted within 2 weeks of original service. If you are having challenges with your Brazilian Blowout or Extension service let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost and must be adjusted within 2 weeks of original service. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more then the time allowed, will require full payment. There are no refunds on services provided. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. *
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Premium services such as Brazilian Blowout & Extension appointments cancel less than 24 hours, there will be A 50% charge of the service cost, due before a new appointment is scheduled. (excluding SKW Extensions appointments)Same above policy applies for No show appointments. Second time, no show appointments will be charged a fee equal to the total service cost that was scheduled and all future appointments will require prepayment. *
LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY:If you happen to be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in a $25 per service cancelled fee, in addition to a late fee of $35. *
