PILATES MAT - 12:25 PM Saturday
TEAM PILATES, BARRE & YOGA - Mat class for the masses! This Pilates Mat class will tone, shape, lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced students all welcome. This class will incorporate both beginning level modifications and advanced variations to ensure all participants get the best workout possible.
BALANCED POWER - 1:15 PM Saturday
CATALYST FITNESS - Balanced Power classes are a step by step guide to becoming a Super hero. Seriously, our small group classes are based on the premise that by doing functional full body movements which are challengingly intense and constantly varied will make you fitter and ready to take on your life as it comes at you.
BARRE - 2:20 PM Saturday
THE BAR METHOD - All levels welcome. Come ready for an amazing workout. Our certified teachers will give you the opportunity to make it more challenging or modifications if you are a beginner.
BOOTCAMP - 3:10 PM Saturday
A PERSONAL FIT - A mix of cardio and bodyweight strengthening moves. Modifications available making this class perfect for all fitness levels and ages.
POWER - 4:00 PM Saturday
BEYOUTIFUL HOT YOGA FEATURING ERIN HEYAMOTO - A 60 min variation of a Baptiste Style Flow Class which consists of Sun Salutations, Core and Leg Strengthening, Balancing, Back bending, Inversions, and Cool Down Stretching,and of coarse Savasana/meditation with an overall effect that improves strength, flexibility, and vitality!
INSANITY - 5:10 PM Saturday
Amanda Noddings, Certified Insanity LIVE Instructor - Do you want to test your limits? Show up for a workout guaranteed to torch the calories while achieving maximum results! Certified Insanity Live Instructor Amanda Noddings will take you through a warmup, workout, and cool down that will challenge any fitness level! And don’t worry- she’ll even help modify moves for beginners so that everyone can experience the crazy that is INSANITY.

BEYOUTIFUL HOT YOGA - A blend of Flow and Bikram’s 26 postures. This is a fun and challenging class designed to combine the elements of Vinyasa and Power style movement to connect and access the set sequence of our Hatha class which at BHY is a 60 minute version of Bikram’s infamous 26 posture beginner yoga system! This class upbeat and is open to all ability levels!
FIT BARRE - 2:30 PM Sunday
SPOKANE BARRE - Classic full body FIT Barre workout utilizes the ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands, and pilates balls to target every inch of your body. This workout shapes a long, lean, toned physique with low impact movements. Special attention is given to form and technique with our workouts. We provide layers in every class and with every posture, so you get to work at your level, targeting exactly what you want to, without the risk of injury. This is the perfect combination of barre technique, yoga, and pilates, and the science behind our workout will leave you feeling energized, strong, and sore in just the right way!
