IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THIS SATURDAY ACADEMY INFORMATION
Program starts September 19, 2026
ASA is an academy that requires commitment from parents as much as students. Students will take part in individual classes followed by a general session “Show & Tell”. ARTE staff will work with your children to develop their skills, communication, and confidence. We require 100% commitment. This means making sure your children attend EVERY Saturday.
PARENTS & STUDENTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING.
We are committed to the academy and will attend every Saturday the program occurs. We will be on time and understand classes start at 10:30am. We agree to the “2-Strike” Policy. Student will be removed from Academy after second unexcused absence. Parents are not allowed to stay from 10:30 am -11:30 am. Parents may return at 11:30 to watch the general session. We will stay for General Session and not leave early, which will jeopardize academy participation. Students will respect themselves, other students, teachers, and instructors. Everyone will respect the ASA program and all who are involved. Pictures, images or video taken during ASA may be used by ARTE for marketing and other purposes. Student will behave, and participate in class. Students will not use cell phones or other devices during the academy. Preference will be given to current students and NHPS students. Student will maintain a positive disciplinary record in school. Student will maintain at least 90% attendance at school. Student will stay out of trouble and not be involved in negative behavior or activities. Parents will notify ARTE of any allergies their children have. DAYS: Saturdays

El programa empieza el 19 de septiembre 2026
ASA es una academia que requiere el compromiso tanto de los padres como de los estudiantes. Los estudiantes participarán en clases individuales seguidas de una sesión general “Show & Tell”. El personal de ARTE trabajará con sus hijos para desarrollar sus habilidades, comunicación y confianza. Requerimos 100% de compromiso. Esto significa asegurarse de que sus hijos asistan TODOS los sábados.
LOS PADRES Y ESTUDIANTES ACEPTAN LO SIGUIENTE.
Estamos comprometidos con la academia y asistiremos todos los sábados que ocurra el programa. Llegaremos a tiempo y entenderemos que las clases comienzan a las 10:30 a.m. Aceptamos la política "2-Strike". El estudiante será retirado de la Academia después de una segunda ausencia injustificada. Los padres no pueden quedarse de 10:30 a. m. a 11:30 a. m. Los padres pueden regresar a las 11:30 para ver la sesión general. Nos quedaremos para la Sesión General y no saldremos temprano, lo que pondrá en peligro la participación de la academia. Los estudiantes se respetarán a sí mismos, a otros estudiantes, maestros e instructores. Todos respetarán el programa ASA y a todos los involucrados. ARTE podrá utilizar fotografías, imágenes o vídeos tomados durante ASA con fines de marketing y otros fines. El estudiante se comportará y participará en clase. Los estudiantes no utilizarán teléfonos celulares u otros dispositivos durante la academia. Se dará preferencia a los estudiantes actuales y a los estudiantes de NHPS. El estudiante mantendrá un expediente disciplinario positivo en la escuela. El estudiante mantendrá al menos el 90% de asistencia a la escuela. El estudiante no se meterá en problemas y no se involucrará en comportamientos o actividades negativos. Los padres comunicarán a ARTE cualquier alergia que tengan sus hijos.
