• บทความที่อยู่นอกฐานข้อมูลของห้องสมุดและมหาวิทยาลัย (ภายใน 3 วันทำการ และ WHO ระยะเวลา 7-15 วันทำการ) - ไม่คิดค่าบริการ
• บทความที่สามารถค้นเองได้ในฐานข้อมูลของห้องสมุดและมหาวิทยาลัย, บทความที่ขอจากห้องสมุดอื่น - ค่าบริการบทความละ 5 บาท
• สแกนเป็น PDF ไฟล์ ค่าบริการบทความละ 5 บาท (ไม่เกิน 15 หน้า) เกิน 15 หน้า แต่ไม่ถึง 30 หน้า ค่าบริการบทความละ 10 บาท

• Articles searchable in the library and university databases, Articles requested from other libraries - Service charge of 5 baht per article
