Sonder Run Club Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that participating in running activities carries inherent risks. I affirm that I am physically able and sufficiently prepared to take part in the Sonder Run Club. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with running, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, weather conditions, road and traffic hazards, and any other unforeseen circumstances.

By participating, I hereby release Sonder Coffee, its affiliates, sponsors, event organizers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from my involvement in these activities, even if caused by negligence. I accept full responsibility for my safety and well-being while participating.

Additionally, I grant permission for Sonder Coffee to use my name, image, and likeness in any photos, videos, or media captured during run club activities for promotional purposes.
