SARC Feedback Questionnaire - Male Clients
Our SARC teams are constantly looking at ways to develop and improve our service, to make sure our male clients have the very best possible SARC experience. Sharing your thoughts enables us to constantly review our awareness raising activities and SARC processes/procedures, enabling us to make positive changes for our future male clients.

Completing the below short questionnaire will provide us with first-hand information regarding your experience and will help us to shape our services and provide positive outcomes for men and boys in the future.

If you would prefer to print the questionnaire and return a paper copy to the SARC, please select this option on the website.

Thank you for taking part.
