Interactive Workshops outlining a Design-led Approach to Identify, Articulate, and Address the Challenges around Tele-medicine in India.

Participants will get to learn and practice a range of tools for Ideation, Design Thinking (Problem Framing, 5Y, Persona/Scenario Creation, Empathy, Participatory Design methods, etc), and Lateral Thinking.
