Economic Opportunity Board of Clark County Applicant Pre-screening Questionnaire
Hello applicant,

Effective November 1, 2023, all applicants for rental and/or utility assistance must have a current state issued Nevada Identification Card or Driver's License. To be eligible for consideration to receive these services, the address on the Identification Card or Driver's License must match the address on the submitted lease for rental assistance consideration and the submitted lease and submitted utility bill for utility assistance consideration.

All required documentation submitted to EOB via scan, photo, or email must be complete, legible and meet EOB standards. If the documents are not legible you will be asked to make an appointment to come to EOB and physically submit those documents.

Thank you so much for your interest in the Economic Opportunity Board’s (EOB) Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Rent/Utility Assistance Program. Unfortunately, our Online Application Portal for the Rental Assistance Program is currently closed to new applications, please check back on Aug 1, 2024 at 8:00 AM for the reopened online application process.

We will be offering a live application session to be to be held at the Martin Luther King Jr., Sr. Center. This session is limited to the first 25 applicants, and you must receive an invitation to attend. During this session, EOB will assist applicants in completing the application.
