On Oct 1, 2025 at 8am, Rental/Utility Assistance applications will be available electronically through this portal or they can be picked up in paper form at either The Martin Luther King Senior Center, located at 2420 N. Martin Luther King Blvd or at the Historic Westside School Suite 117, located at 330 W. Washington Ave.

All applications and required secondary documents must be physically returned to either of the above locations no later than Oct 8, 2025 at 3:00pm. After this deadline no application returns will be accepted. Return applications will not be accepted in electronic form.

Effective November 1, 2023, all applicants for rental and/or utility assistance must have a current state issued Nevada Identification Card or Driver's License. To be eligible for consideration to receive these services, the address on the Identification Card or Driver's License must match the address on the submitted lease for rental assistance consideration and the submitted lease and submitted utility bill for utility assistance consideration.

Thank you so much for your interest in the Economic Opportunity Board’s (EOB) Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Rent/Utility Assistance Program. Unfortunately, our Online Application Portal for the Rental Assistance Program is currently closed to new applications.

We will be offering a live application session to be to be held at the Martin Luther King Jr., Sr. Center. This session is limited to the first 25 applicants, and you must receive an invitation to attend. During this session, EOB will assist applicants in completing the application.
