Training Course about Social Entrepreneurship that will take place in Bakuriani, Borjomi municipality Georgia. 11-19th of March 2022.

Context and Method:
We believe that social entrepreneurship is a pragmatic visionary that aims to achieve large scale, systemic and sustainable social change through a new invention, a different approach, a more rigorous application of known technologies or strategies, or a combination of these, thus, it is crucial that organizations and youth workers are able to fully use concept of SE in order to support youth with fewer opportunities, young people in needs and marginalized youth. In all countries from EaP region as well as in EU, promoting social entrepreneurship as a tool for empowering youth is core to social inclusion, promoting labor market access for disadvantaged groups. While measures are increasingly being taken to facilitate access on youth-workers mobility projects for organizations and youngsters through various activities (e.g., training courses, seminars etc) unfortunately its not systematically integrated into the practice across the region, mainly due to out of dated tool-boxes and working methods. Finally, non-formal education and trainings provide young people with the skills required by the labor market and the economy, while allowing them to have an active role in society and achieve personal fulfillment. In order to maximize the contribution of local organizations and its youth workers to social inclusion requires a broad range of partnerships between developed organizations from program countries and EaP region organizations. Cooperation between NGOs and youth-workers to support actions is an important feature of the whole Europe. Non-formal education provided by civil society organizations enhances the capacity of countries to support disadvantaged groups.
