BISD Farm to School Action Plan Input Survey
BISD has been selected to participate in a year-long professional learning opportunity called the Farm to School Institute. As a part of this a team from the BISD community (teaching and food and nutrition staff, administrators, community members) will be attending a 3-day intensive in July. At this intensive the team will develop a farm to school action plan for BISD. We want YOUR input to help inform the development of this action plan. We will follow the "3 C's" (Community, Classroom, Cafeteria) farm to school model for planning, which you will see reflected in our questions below.  We welcome input from all BISD staff, families and community members.  Please complete the survey below by June 18th to share ideas and feedback. NOTE: this survey was designed for all members of the community. Please skip any questions that you cannot answer. Thank you for sharing your input about the BISD farm to school program!
