The 2026–27 Leadership Academy offered by Rotary (a/k/a RLA)  is an eight-month program built for emerging leaders who are serious about growth. You'll explore the mindsets and skills that define exceptional leaders — through self-directed study, engaging online discussions, and a cohort of peers who push you to think bigger.

The skills you build here won't just make you a better Rotarian. They'll make you a better professional, a stronger community voice, and a more compelling leader in every room you walk into.

This program is expected to require on average ~ two to three hours per week of meaningful study/online collaboration/recording of your takeaways.
