NDMOTC 2018 Santa Stop Vendor Application
This form is short and sweet! We just need to know who you are and what you sell. We are limiting the vendors due to space and to avoid duplicates. We will confirm with you that a space is all yours, or we will email you to let you know we do not have enough room.

Again, this event is November 7th with shopping from 6-7 PM. Setup will begin at 5:30. Dinner will be served at 7. You are welcome to stay at the location to hear our featured speaker for the evening.

The table fee is $25 for both members and non-members. You may either bring a check or cash to the meeting, or submit a donation through PayPal using the donate button at the bottom of our home page on NDMOTC.org. This fee helps raise money for our community outreach program. Door prizes are optional. Should you choose to donate a door prize, you will have your website linked on our Member's Only page on Facebook, and you'll get a spot on our web site.
