PURPOSE: This form is used to submit requests to add or change in-person and hybrid meetings in the NA Meeting Guide for the Napa-Solano Fellowship of Narcotics Anonymous.

USED BY: GSRs for in-person & hybrid NA meetings and Chairs and Vice-Chairs for in-person & hybrid service meetings.

DEFINITION - HYBRID MEETING: An NA meeting that simultaneously meets in-person and via ZOOM. Hybrid meetings are listed in this guide.
