Due to popular demand we currently take new individual clients by application only.  We are looking for clients who are motivated to stop covering up symptoms and start making the changes needed to be made in order to become healthy, fit, and happy!

If you are looking for individual lessons, we take new students by application only.   There are specific group lessons can be attended by people who have completed individual lessons first and are available by invitation only.
