You may request your VOE using this form.
Please note that this form must be submitted two (2) business days PRIOR to when the VOE is needed.
You MUST pick up your VOE in person. You or your student will receive a confirmation email when the VOE is ready for pick up. Please double check that email for the office location.
VOE Eligibility:
State law requires students to be in attendance 90% of the days the class meets and / or receive credit for all courses scheduled the prior semester in order to receive a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form that is required for a driver’s license/driver's permit.
Under Block scheduling the 90% attendance rule allows for a maximum of five absences in each class per semester.
The VOE Forms issued during the school year (traditional, year round, etc.) expire 30 days from issuance.
The VOE Forms issued the last 5 days of the school year expire the first day of the following school year.
Please note- During school holidays, staff will not be able to honor requests for VOEs. Please make requests early to avoid scheduling issues.
