RRHS Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Request

You may request your VOE using this form.

Please note that this form must be submitted two (2) business days PRIOR to when the VOE is needed.

You MUST pick up your VOE in person. You or your student will receive a confirmation email when the VOE is ready for pick up. Please double check that email for the office location.

VOE Eligibility:

State law requires students to be in attendance 90% of the days the class meets and / or receive credit for all courses scheduled the prior semester in order to receive a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form that is required for a driver’s license/driver's permit.

Under Block scheduling the 90% attendance rule allows for a maximum of five absences in each class per semester.

Please be advised that VOE's expire 30 days after the issued date on the form.
