2020 Summer Registration Form
To register for both private lessons, classes and workshops, please complete this registration form. Once we process your registration, you will receive an invoice via email. Simply click "Pay Now" to submit payment. Payments can also be made in person, over the phone, or mailed directly to the Carter Center.
As in previous years, all summer lessons must be paid for upon registration. Students will not be scheduled for lessons until payment is received.
Please use one form per enrollment. Families with more than one student enrolled in private lessons, or with one student enrolled in multiple private lessons, should complete one form for each activity.
