The Vendors Showcase is Thursday, April 12th from 7 pm to 9 pm and all day Friday April, 13th , 2018. Our Thursday evening social starts with a vendors showcase with food and beverages in the vendor exhibit area that will provide attendees and vendors an additional opportunity to network and share ideas.
The $950 fee (includes HST) provides for a 6ft table that includes refreshments breakfast and lunch for 2 staff members. A $90.00 (includes HST) additional cost for additional staff members. As well we ask for a minimum $50 door prize.
This year we will be continuing the “VENDOR BINGO” for participants to visit tables, where you may demonstrate the newest products that you would like to bring to the attention of those interested in advancing special education technology in Ontario. Please ensure that we have your updated company logo for our BINGO sheets and our website. If you wish to display at the conference, please complete and return this form along with a cheque to the address below ASAP.
Cheques payable to: “ASET Ontario”. Cheques must be received to guarantee a spot. Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your spot and an invoice with our HST # will be provided.
