The Declarations require that an owner must obtain the prior written approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for ANY exterior alteration or addition to property within our Association. To comply with the Declarations, please complete this form and forward a detailed drawing or blueprint of the proposed alteration to the review committee. If you have any questions regarding the process please reference the Resource Center. The ARC has up to 30 days after receipt of this application to make a decision. For your own protection, don't start the improvement until you have received approval. Depending on the nature of the modifications, a building permit from the City of Houston may be required. Approval by the Clear Lake City Community Association ARC does not indicate approval by the City of Houston.
