The house is a duplex and has two units. One unit has 5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The 2nd unit has 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. 

Quiet + Safe Neighborhood!
Fully furnished bedrooms include a bed, closet, desk, chair, nightstands, and lamps.
Fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room. Utensils, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and tables/desks are all included.

We strive to create a community of students within our houses, where each student has their needs met so they can focus on their studies/careers.

We have the following furnished rooms available:
5 (Single Occupancy) Medium Bedrooms/Shared Bathroom: $600-665/month + utilities
4 (Single Occupancy) Large Bedrooms/Shared Bathroom: 685-$705/month + utilities
1 (Single or Double Occupancy) Master Bedroom/Private Bathroom: 850/month + utilities

Security Deposit (1x month of Rent) + 1st months Rent + Last months Rent due at signing.
