This is a vetted show. Applications will be accepted until June 15th, 2018; applications after this date will be put on a waiting list. Acceptance notifications will be sent out June 22th, 2018.
The event is on July 28th, 2018. The program starts at 9:00 PM, the doors open at 8:00 please be advised that this is an early crowed and usually arrive when the doors open. Therefore load in starts at 6:00 PM. Any vendors arriving after 7:15 PM will not be permitted to set up and will forfeit their table fee. Payment is due July 13th, 2018, If not received your spot may be forfeited.
Space Details & Fees:The vendor spaces will be on the left side of the room as you enter the sanctuary, spaces will be 7 feet long, vendors must bring their own lighting and extension cords, but we have tables if they need them.
Spaces are $25 each which includes event entry for two people; tables are 6 feet long and power is available.
