Submission: To submit an entry visit the Christmas Wish link at www.magic925.com. Submissions may also be mailed to Magic 92.5. 6160 Cornerstone Ct. East, Suite 150. San Diego, CA 92121. All submission must include required information.
Selection: Eligible submissions are reviewed and judged by the Magic 92.5 Foundation 501 (C) (3) committee.
Verification of Recipients: All potential recipients are subject to confirmation and verification of information provided by the Magic 92.5 Foundation 501 (C) (3) committee. A submitter my not be the same person as the recipient. Should new information be revealed, such as falsified or inaccurate information, following the grant of the Wish, the committee has a right to rescind all or a portion of the Wish that was fulfilled. All decisions are final.
Privacy: You agree that all information provided may be used to verify the submission.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Magic 92.5 and the Magic 92.5 Foundation, its affiliates, sponsors, committee members and employees from all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your participation in the campaign (whether negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or the nominee.
