Zoobilee Restaurant Form 2025
The date has been set, the band has been booked, the theme has been decided, and the adult beverages have been ordered. The final step is for you to participate as a restaurant sponsor in the wildest "fun-raiser" of the year, benefiting the Tallahassee Museum!

Zoobilee: Boots, Boos, and Ballads is scheduled for Friday, October 24 from 7-10pm at the Tallahassee Museum. We expect more than 500 adults for this year's event. Zoobilee gives grown-ups the opportunity to enjoy the natural setting of the Museum after hours where food, drink, and live music is enjoyed in a casual atmosphere. This year's event will feature LIVE MUSIC from Tobacco Rd Band and is presented by First Commerce Credit Union. Proceeds from Zoobilee support the Museum's education, preservation, and conservation services to our community. Come day the night away and celebrate with us!

Included below, you will find information detailing your commitment as restaurant sponsor and the benefits your restaurant will receive. Also included is information for our team to help make this night a success.

We are asking Tallahassee's best-known restaurants to offer a sampling of their most delectable dish. With 15-20 other restaurants, it is not necessary to prepare a dish to feed 100 people; we simply ask that you prepare enough for our guests to have a good sampling. This is a great opportunity to show local business leaders your specialty and get your name out to the restaurant patrons in the community. 

This is your chance to 'strut your stuff'! We will provide covered and draped tables under a tent, along with plates, bowls, forks, spoons, and napkins. 

You provide the delectable dish and a server(s) to promote the food and your restaurant.

Your participation will be highlighted in publicity efforts promoting the event, including mention in press releases, social outreach, and consideration for inclusion in regional media coverage.

We will place signs at each serving tray, identifying the dish and your restaurant. You may include a menu, coupon, or pamphlet to further promote your restaurant.

We will give you recognition in our newsletter, thanking you for your donation. We will place table tents at each table, listing the participating restaurants.

We offer you two (2) tickets to the event for your guests (servers do not need a ticket). We will also donate one Friends & Family membership to you.
