About us: The Steamology Project is an international nonprofit organization giving students the experience and exposure to STEAM through mentorship and volunteering. Founded in 2023, our members serve as ambassadors for education and aim to create a global community where STEAM education is accessible to all. The Steamology Project maintains chapters across the United States, as well as in the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and Uganda. We are also the publisher of the Steamology Magazine, where comprehensive STEAM articles and research written by students can be easily published and read online. Students of all levels interested in any of the STEAM acronym subgenres are welcome! 🧪

We are looking for impassioned individuals with leadership skills, good interest in the STEAM subjects, and an overall positive addition to our team regardless of race, religion, gender, socioeconomic status or background.

Chapter Head Responsibilities: 
- Develop their own club at their school to form a “chapter” of The Steamology Project on their own by completing the necessary steps of creating a club with their own school’s procedures
- Support the umbrella organization in all initiatives applicable to the chapter
- Establish and run the club at their school
- Promote The Steamology Project at their home school via social media and school-wide promotional events
- Regularly maintain communication with the co-presidents of the organization (Ashley Liau & Jalyn Huang) via the monthly Google Form that is sent out by email
- Submit monthly reports of what the club has done during meetings, fundraising, etc. 
- Club could host educational STEAM events
- Club meetings could include presenting powerpoints of different STEAM topics to peers
