Lion's Heart strives to make membership available to all teens, even when there is a financial hardship in the family. Because we accept donations from generous donors to fund these requests, we make every effort to carefully qualify those families in need.

We require each family to fill out the form completely for each Member and confidentially submit to Lion's Heart Community Manager. You will be notified within 5 business days.
