Managed Conference Request
If you'd like us to set up a conference for you, please provide us with your contact details, the email address that you would like to use with the conference and the email addresses of the conference participants. We will also need to know the date and time that the conference would start and whether you would like it recorded.

We will only set up a managed conference for 5 participants and over between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 Mon to Fri.

Please allow 1hr during work hours for a managed conference call to be set. Therefore, a request for a managed conference call received out of hours cannot have a start time earlier than 09:30 next working day.

Requests sent outside of these times or on public/national holidays will not be acted on until the next business day.

An email to you and your participants will be sent out requesting attendance, the responses of which will be sent to you prior to the conference call commencing.

All data provided will be handled as per GDPR and will not be shared with anyone or any companies outside of Barritec Ltd and its partners.

Furthermore, an email will be sent to you after the conference call for your feedback.
